This free one day course will deal with the basics of bookkeeping aimed to help entrepreneurs understanding what accounting information is important to effectively manage their businesses.

In particular this workshop will look at: start-up and running costs, calculating profit and breakeven point, profit & loss account, balance sheet, cashflow forecast, legal requirements, and sources of support.

Chess piecesFinding and keeping customers

This one-day seminar is designed to support entrepreneurs who are looking for a general overview of marketing, and how it can be used to find and keep customers. This lively and entertaining workshop is full of easy to apply tips that will enhance your marketing effort, together with providing practical guidelines for implementing marketing in your business within a limited budget.

In particular this workshop will look at: the marketing plan, branding and logos, looking for new customers, promotion, selling, and how to keep customers coming back for more.
